In response to the needs of students studying late at Payson Library, the University is launching a pilot program to extend shuttle hours during the fall semester.
Starting the first day of school and running through the last day of finals (Monday, August 27 – Thursday, December 13), Transit Services will be extending the blue route that goes clockwise around campus until 1 am, Sunday-Thursday. The regular schedule will be as follows:
- Normal route will run until 7:00pm.
- 7:00pm-10:00pm: shuttle runs approximately every 15 minutes from Jerry’s Tree, by the second floor entrance to Payson Library.
- 10:00pm-1:00am*: direct service from Jerry’s Tree to any normal shuttle stop
*10:45pm-11:05pm: driver’s break.
Transit services will be hiring student drivers. Interested students can contact the Transit Services office at 310-506-4802.
